    Statutory or voluntary financial statement audits

Audits at all levels: We audit separate, consolidated and interim financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and with IFRS. The starting point of our audit service is the individual business model of our client. We use the most modern methods and analytical tools in order to examine your business processes in light of efficiency considerations. By continuously reviewing and analysing your data throughout the year, we can identify critical developments with you at an early stage and support you in taking countermeasures in good time.  

As a member of the Nexia network and owing to our uniform audit approach, we are also your point of contact for performing qualified statutory or voluntary audits efficiently even for cross-border engagements.

In addition we offer, among others, the following audit services:
  • Audits of opening balances in accordance with the German Commercial Code and with IFRS
  • Reviews of monthly, quarterly or half-year financial statements and reviews of financial reports or other consolidated reportings
  • Audits of pro-forma financial information
  • Audits of additional components in accordance with the Securities Prospectus Ordinance (ProspektVO)
  • Assurance reviews of dependency reports
