His activities have focused on auditng separate and consolidated financial statements. In addtion, Mr. Kramer directs various annual internal audits and audits of processes and internal control systems for companies operating domestically and internationally.

Mr. Kramer primarily performs internal audits and process analyses for publicly listed corporate groups operating in the upper middle market.
