Rainer Grote

Rainer Grote has been working at Nexia and all previous firms in Germany since 2005.

As Head of the Audit Department, he is responsbile for continuing the development of the audit area.

He primarily serves capital-market oriented companies, which have already become publicly listed or are contemplating going public. His professional focus is on financial statement audits, assurance reviews and other certification services such as valuation services as well as IFRS, US GAAP und IPO services.

Mr. Grote can look back on a career of 35 years of professional experience in performing audit and assurances services mainly for medium-sized companies operating internationally.
