Designing and implementing alignment between corporate governance and management
Strategy as the "Big Picture" and the daily business are the operational core of a company’s success, but they may not, however, be congruently aligned when processes change. A classic situation: Successful corporate governance calls existing structures into question but management is often so absorbed by the daily business that it is not in a position to respond appropriately to changing requirements.
Our consulting activities create clarity by analysing the company and its market and competitive circumstances. By considering the success factors and our client’s core areas of expertise, we develop proposals for aligning the business, setting up organisational structures and optimising business processes.
Supporting the implementation of measures developed, if necessary in a steering committee set up by the company and/or in project groups, is part of the joint range of services we offer by involving our management consultants.
