Gönül Özdemir

Gönül Özdemir has been working for Nexia since August 2024. She began her professional activities at a law firm and later switched to the Tax Department one of the "Big-Five” accounting firms at the time when there was a “Big Five”. 

Her activities have focused on her comprehensively consulting domestic as well as foreign companies in international taxation as well guiding the acquisition and sale of companies.

She represents clients in disputes before financial courts. Before starting at Nexia, she had worked at a medium-sized law firm specialising in commercial law for 15 years, of which she had served as a partner for 10 years. In total Ms. Özdemir has gained more than 20 years of experience in tax and legal consulting.
